Project Status

An application for a conditional planning area map amendment was submitted on 10/1/19. A conceptual site plan for this project is currently under review by Mecklenburg County and the town. This proposal will require a TIA. The conditional planning area map amendment will also require approval by the Board of Commissioners. 

A Public Input Session is scheduled for Tuesday, February 18 from 5:00-6:30 P.M. in the Board Room at Davidson Town Hall, 216 South Main Street.

The proposed plan also preserves the existing single-family home located at 496 South Main Street for church offices.
